We primarily offer Telehealth sessions with limited in-person availability in NE Portland.

Telehealth services are becoming more common in the therapy world, but this may be a new experience for you. There are many benefits to Telehealth:

  • Telehealth is convenient. No more driving in traffic, dealing with parking, & having to sit in the waiting room. Many clients are able to fit sessions into their day more easily when using Telehealth services.

  • Telehealth is effective. Research shows that Telehealth services are effective for most therapeutic issues.

  • Telehealth can be more accessible. If you don’t live in a city with sex therapists, if you struggle with chronic health issues that limit your ability to go to in-person therapy, if you are balancing wanting therapy and being a parent, or if you are navigating other barriers to in-person therapy, Telehealth is easier to access.

  • Telehealth can feel more comfortable. You get to be in your own space & can make it comfortable and cozy for yourself. Sometimes it can feel more comfortable to be vulnerable in your own space.

*Please note Telehealth is only available for folks in Oregon

How Telehealth works:

We use a secure video platform for all of our Telehealth sessions. You can use a desktop, laptop, or smart phone to access video sessions; it just needs to have a camera. If you use a smart phone, you’ll download an app to access our sessions.

You’ll want to ensure you have quality internet, a private space, and adequate lighting.
