I love supporting those who want to dive deep to better understand themselves, have more fulfilling relationships and access more pleasure & empowerment. I focus on working with sexual concerns, non-traditional relationships, neurodivergence, queer & gender expansive folks and sex workers.

Why I Do This Work:

From personal and professional experience I know how hard it can be to navigate difficult circumstances without support- and I’m so glad you’re here. I became a therapist because even in the face of the most challenging circumstances, I believe everyone deserves the right to feel fulfilled, safe and empowered

As someone who holds invisible identities, I’ve experienced having to choose which parts of myself I can present based on what’s acceptable, safe, or understood. Because of that, I used to have to imagine a world where I truly belonged.

As a former artist and second-generation immigrant, I am fueled by creativity, vigor, and a passion for helping you create a life that may not exist yet and actualize it safely and practically. Whether that is supporting couples or individuals in identifying an ideal sex life, exploring the heirlooms/burdens that ancestral trauma has on the body, reconnecting with pleasure,  re-embodying as a survivor of sexual trauma, or reimaging intimacy that includes sensory and stimulation needs, helping people find their unique expression of sexuality brings me an immense amount of meaning and joy.

I am continually motivated to do this work to support the collective liberation of all, particularly those who have been othered, silenced or misunderstood.

How I do this work:

I I lead with curiosity, warmth, and authenticity as we work together to create a container that makes change possible. I'll challenge you to stretch your growing edge as much as I’ll celebrate every win, no matter how small. You’ll find that I am playful, direct, open to feedback, warm, and always an advocate for your well-being. You get to opt in and out of what we do, and I will share why I’m suggesting something and how it relates to your goals so we can collaborate on what healing means for you. I blend the cerebral and somatic: we will use a mix of practical skill-building with process-oriented exploration. All parts of you are welcome.

As a sex therapist, I approach sexual concerns as more than the act itself, but the intersection of sexual education, culture, ancestry, reproductive justice, identity, traumas, capacity for intimacy, and body image. Often these are implicit forces that can lead to disconnection and dissatisfaction. By making these forces known, together we can increase your options so you get to choose what your expression of sexuality looks and feels like.

For those of you who appreciate therapy jargon, I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) aka Parts Work, a transformational and evidence-based model that is rooted in radical acceptance, curiosity, and inner wisdom. I use techniques from Somatic Experiencing, Non-Violent Communication, Anti-Oppressive therapeutic frameworks, Polyvagal Theory, and the latest neuropsychology research for nervous system regulation and psychoeducation. I’m also a trained Yoga Therapist and enjoy offering somatic and psycho-spiritual approaches to bolster holistic healing.

I take an intersectional and liberation-based approach, honoring how systems of power & privilege and intergenerational trauma & legacies affect your livelihood and relationships. I look forward to witnessing your growth!
